Two-time Mr. Universe winner and The Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno might be 70 years old, but he still trains like a pro bodybuilder, despite having retired over two decades ago. The actor and bodybuilding legend explained his training philosophy in a Facebook Live video.
