Inspiring: 24-Year-Old Equestrian Has an Incredible Moment Even After Facing Health Challenges

Thoroughbred horses used in racing are mostly of pure muscle mass from which they achieve great speed to win the race. However, if they stumble during races with such mass, it results in a number of injuries for the equestrian. However, Great Britain equestrian Alexa Palmer faced risen every time she encountered such a painful feat.

Unfortunate accident leads to horrifying trauma!

Alexa Palmer was bucked off by her horse last year after which she found out that she was unable to keep her back straight and was on heavy medication.

Test results were enough to quit equestrian sports!

When Alexa went through tests, she found that she had six fractured vertebrae, two cracked ribs, and damage to the neck ligament.

Recalling her hospital days, Alexa said, "I was lying in hospital for three days, flat, not able to eat because they might operate on my back.”

A stunning comeback!

Though Alexa was not able to lift a water bottle for three long months, she made a miraculous comeback at Aston-le-Walls on May 11 this year to win the historical race.
