Despite $30 Million Mansion and 30,000 Square Foot Farmlands, Dwayne Johnson Left in the Dust by Billionaire Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather’s Real Estate Portfolio

There was a time when The Great One, Dwayne Johnson, was left with just seven bucks in his pocket. Two years ago, Johnson grabbed the headlines by purchasing a mansion in Beverly Hills for nearly $30 million. That is, however, not the only pricey piece of real estate he owns. While the 51-year-old’s possession is enviable, Johnson’s real estate portfolio doesn’t measure up to boxing icon Floyd Mayweather’s.

Mayweather is the richest boxer in the world

‘Pretty Boy’s’ personal wealth stands at $450 million, while his fights have made over $1.2 billion. The 46-year-old pugilist loves to flaunt his wealth and is open about his love for real estate.

One of Mayweather’s costliest assets is his Las Vegas mansion, costing the boxer a whopping $25 million. He also owns a $18 million mansion in Miami, which covers 11,000-square-foot flooring.

Johnson's property

Johnson has a 14,000-square-foot mansion in Virginia, which he purchased for $12 million.

He is also the owner of a 15,000-square-foot equestrian estate in Georgia. The property cost the People’s Champ $9.5 million.

Johnson has a long way to go

When compared, it is safe to say that the undefeated boxer is winning the real estate battle and Johnson has a long way to go if he wants to catch up to the 46-year-old.
