Bryan Johnson’s food habits that shocked netizens

The 45-year-old survived on processed foods, breads, and high-sugar cereals earlier in life. However, his poor lifestyle habits took a toll on his mental and physical health as he ended up feeling depressed and gained over 50 lbs in a decade. “I kind of destroyed myself, body and mind, for 20 years,” he once confessed, as per Insider. But in 2019, after a few setbacks in professional and personal life, Johnson transformed his lifestyle, having lost 60 lbs in a year. His new lifestyle mandates him to finish his last meal by 11:30 a.m. and sleep by 8:30 p.m. In a YouTube clip on his channel, the fitness freak spilled the beans on his diet rituals.

The extreme fitness routine didn’t resonate with the netizens, as they commented on the post. “That’s the healthiest looking corpse I’ve ever seen,” a follower stated in dismay. “He’s so obsessed with fighting off death that he forgot how to live,” complained another.
