Jenna, the online fitness trainer, also influences her children to embrace fitness. In the post, which is pinned, on her Instagram feed, the daughter of Jenna could be seen doing a deadlift and some weight lifts with a kettlebell. “My 6-year-old 1st grader showing off her deadlifting skills for her school talent contest, DL 65 lbs 10 lbs over her body weight,” writes Jenna in the caption.

But what was striking in the video is that the two of the kid’s teachers struggled to lift the barbell themselves, which the child nailed at the first instance. And the fitness community couldn’t keep calm and roared in appreciation in the comments section. A follower in suspicion commented, “Those teachers ain’t never touched a weight before?” “I hope those teachers were just acting though when they struggled so much to pick up that 65 pounds,” another user wrote noticing the teachers’ struggle.
