The bodybuilding beast said that it’s much simpler for him to stay in good shape now. He used to worry a lot about getting too small when he did a lot of cardio while competing.

In Cutler’s words, “I think it’s a lot easier now for me to be lean okay and I’m not so worried about oh my gosh if I do an hour of cardio am I going to shrink”.

Additionally, he added, “I know that was always on my mind and always a fear is oh my gosh is this going to shrink me”, It was always a big concern for him, to lose muscle mass during cardio exercises, so he managed to avoid that.

He said, “As you know, there’s no question cardio and weight training don’t, really. The Synergy is not perfect”. As per him, cardio and weight training both are essential, but they don’t always work together perfectly.
