The bodybuilder shared a video of him,  doing sumo squats on Instagram with a long message. He wrote, "Sumo squats are great to hit legs but more of an overall Glute exercise to really hit them deep." After that, he shared that using two platforms can give you maximum effects for the glute and thigh.

Rich Gaspari said that using two platforms can maximize the effects of Sumo Squats as it will "burn" your glute even more. Rich Gaspari usually does 20-30 reps regularly.

Rich 'Dragon Slayer' Gaspari won Arnold Classic in 1989 for his aesthetic body. Apart from that he also competed in several Mr. Olympia competition and came 2nd in 1986,1987, and 1988. Still at 60, he is "slaying" the bodybuilding same way and wrote in his post, "Training to me is my meditation and challenging myself is what I love to do to continue to make Gains even at 60."
