Bob Paris is a multi-talented personality, who is a writer, author, civil rights activist, and undoubtedly a former professional bodybuilder. He started his athletic journey in high school golf and eventually turned into a Professional bodybuilder. He won the 1983 NPC American national and IFBB world bodybuilding championship.

His retirement and back to bodybuilding

After conquering the top spot in bodybuilding he took retirement from bodybuilding in 1985. However surprising everyone, he again started his bodybuilding journey in 1988. Finally, he bid adieu to the bodybuilding world in 1991. Chicagoadonis shared a post on the same on his comeback and Flex Magazine's photo.
