Zane, is known for being one of the most qualified fitness influencers. Through his social media, he often motivates and guides his audience. In his recent Instagram post, Zane talks about his own dietary plans regarding carbohydrates and Protein.

He writes, “I always ate a restricted carbohydrate diet. I would keep my carbohydrate intake lower than my protein intake.”

He mentioned that although he usually had fewer carbohydrates, if he felt the need for a pump, he would always turn to eat more carbs in those situations.

Zane’s balanced body has been one of the greatest advantages he had while competing. If it wasn’t for his equal observation towards each and every bodyparts he wouldn’t have as many achievements.
