Dementia is a common problem among the elderly but often disrupts the daily course of life. So, in his latest newsletter edition, the bodybuilding icon stressed upon the importance of Vitamin D in preventing Dementia.


“Vitamin D supplementation was associated with living longer without dementia and a lower risk of developing dementia.”


While adding that the APOE ε4 allele can increase the risk of the illness, the newsletter stated, “The researchers believe this simply shows that more Vitamin D does not help you overcome a higher genetic risk.”
