"Drinking... egg whites", bodybuilder Pro and four times Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler has shared the bodybuilding mantra in a recently posted video on his YouTube channel, for the fit for 50 challenge, JayCutlerTV. It is no secret that bodybuilders have to follow strict diets and workout regimes to be in perfect shape in their prime, and Jay Cutler is one of them who leaves no stone untouched to be the best version of himself.

Diet is the most important factor for Bodybuilding

Apart from hard working out and lifting weights in the gym, one of the key contributors to a successful bodybuilder is a proper diet. Jay Cutler shared this message through his video. Although it may seem bizarre to drink raw egg whites, it has slightly more nutrients compared to normal boiled eggs. For the "Fit For 50" challenge, Jay Cutler shared a series of videos, where nutrition and diet are among the many points. 


Jay Cutler training regime: eat, sleep, lift, repeat

Becoming 4 times Mr. Olympia and 6 times runner-up is no easy job for anyone. And to get this, Jay Cutler followed a strong regime. In an older interview, Jay revealed that it takes 4 months for him to get in shape. He stated that he eats for like 24 hours and with volume. After each and every show he had only one craving, water and water.
