In the photograph he uploaded, he included a lengthy warning about how to avoid minor injuries. Dorian Yates revealed that he had a friend called Stuart to whom he would notify about any injuries that occurred. He stated, "Stuart was in my close circle and I’d often speak to him about any niggling injuries that would occur."

Dorian Yates suffered with multiple injuries in the past

Here is a list of his injuries: He tore a ligament in his left shoulder in March 1994. In April 1994, he tore a muscle in his left thigh. In July 1994, he tore a muscle in his right biceps. In July 1997, he tore a muscle in his right thigh. In September 1997, he tore a muscle in his left triceps. Additionally, in August 1997, he had a stomach rupture caused by using anti-inflammatory medication, which happened indirectly because of his injuries.


Becoming 6 times Mr. Olympia was not an easy job

It took a lot of hard work to become a six-time Mr. Olympia. It took a lot of effort, hard work, and overcoming obstacles. He made his Olympia debut in 1991, finishing second, but won in 1992, launching his famous career.
