Noel Deyzel shared a video on Instagram with the caption, "I’ve never liked to talk about my problems because I didn’t want to be seen as a “lesser man” for having problems. All it did was build up inside and make me suffer more. Talking helps. I promise you that🙏🏼❤️"  in the video, he gives a sweet message on why mental health for men is a very important subject.

The well-being can be started with a simple "how are you?"

in his video, he shared that it is important to ask about mental health around someone with very simple but powerful word. He stated, "It start with a simple 'how are you?', and if you are on the recieving end of the question, be open and transparent, because all of us would rather have a friend who cry on our shoulder than on our funeral."

Deyzel shared an interesting fact

Deyzel started his video by saying “By the end of this video, ten men would have attempted to take their own life.” He simply refers to the men's suicide rate. According to a survey by Save.org the suicide rate is one male per 13.7 minutes. On a global scale the number is much bigger.

Society has forced men into that situation

As per Deyzel, "Society has forced men to suffer in silence". That simply implies the fact that men have a dilemma and hesitation to express their feelings. But it should be avoided and Deyzel shed some light on that matter.
