Bumstead recently gave a glimpse of how he feels about working super hard for the famed competition. He said in a recently uploaded video, “A fun little time at the end of prep but an exhausting time. F**king Groundhog Day."

Futher he addded, "I go to bed, I’m like too tired to brush my teeth, I wake up and I’m like, “All right let’s do this again,” But it’s fun. Very enjoyable, very enjoyable, very rewarding.”

Chris also revealed in the video that though he believes in going an extra mile, he avoids extra forced reps. The Canadian bodybuilding legend is aiming to stay injury free ahead of the competition.
