Barkley does more than just regular workouts. In addition to deadlift/box jump combinations, Nordic hamstring curls, balance board exercises, dumbbell press exercises, push-ups, chin-ups, different resistance band exercises, sprints and cone drills, he is frequently spotted pushing himself to the limit.
