Giannis’ brother confirms the hacking of multiple accounts

Kostas Antetokounmpo, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, swiftly came to the defense of his older brother. Kostas confirmed that the hacker did not stop with Giannis’ twitter account alone.

His phone, email, twitter and bank accounts were all hacked. “He genuinely apologizes for everything that was tweeted and he will be back as soon as possible,” Kostas wrote on Twitter. “The things that were said by this hacker were extremely inappropriate and disgusting!”

Using expletive terms, he accused LeBron of hiring a hitman. The hacker then went on to post on behalf of Giannis that he is moving to the Warriors and defamed Steph Curry as well. Basically, he took over the account and posted a series of tweets from whatever came jumping from the back of his mind.

The Milwaukee Bucks are investigating the situation, as per Eric Woodyard of ESPN. Alex Saratsis, Giannis’ agent, verified that his client had no part to play in the incident.
