However, Punk said, “I would like to say hi to my beautiful wife sitting at home. I love you April”. His wife responded to this by revealing that she wasn’t expecting this from Punk on AEW Dynamite, let alone using her government name.

Most of the fans know her as AJ Lee because of her work with WWE. Hence, maybe she expected him to refer to her as AJ Lee when talking about her on wrestling TV, but Punk had other ideas.

Of course, this really pumped the crowd and everyone was over the edge about the unexpected announcement.

Apart from that, Punk posted a photograph of him and Bryan from older times, showing a reunion was nigh. If all goes well, Punk and Daniel Bryan will soon be a part of the AEW roster, which means it’s going to a historic moment in AEW.
