After the event, CM Punk’s new AEW gear went for sale on ShopAEW.com; however, the website crashed within minutes because too many people visited the site to make a purchase.

AEW commentator Mark Henry took to Twitter and confirmed that the site crashed because many people tried to access it at the same time.

This crazy fandom for Punk just indicates that AEW has officially reaching closer to the big leagues and putting everyone on notice; especially Vince McMahon.

Not only Punk sped up the sale on the website because of his tonight’s gear, but Punk made sure that everyone gets the ice-cream bars with his name on them. Something he pointed out during his infamous promo on Raw.

Punk’s popularity will definitely come in handy for Tony Khan because it can drastically increase merchandise sales for the company.

As we noted the Punk challenged Darby Allin for a fight on AEW: All Out PPV on September 5th. However, apart from Allin, the AEW roster is filled with tremendously talented wrestlers.

Everyone would pay their last Buck to see ‘The Belt Collector’ Kenny Omega square off against ‘The Best in the World’ CM Punk. Maybe a verbal altercation between MJF and him. The possibilities are endless.
