ROH was an Indy promotion that was started on 23rd February 2002. Over its two-decade run, the company gave an opportunity to many future superstars, such as Bryan Danielson, AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, Samoa Joe, Kevin Owens, CM Punk, and many more.

Tony Khan has now acquired all the assets of Ring of Honor. This also includes the video library, brand assets, intellectual property, and all the remaining things that the company had.

It is reported that Khan paid extensive fees of $40 million to acquire the company. Interestingly, the wrestlers and staff of ROH were not informed of this behind-the-scene deal. ROH is still preparing their match card for their upcoming event, Supercard of Honor.
