Sasha Banks Reacts to Former WWE Superstar Making AEW Debut on Dynamite

WWE’s Superstar female wrestler, Sasha Banks offered her support to a friend prior to the latest AEW Dynamite. She merely tweeted out the new name of former WWE superstar, Kalisto, who was about to make his debut in AEW. This serves as one of those wholesome moments where feuding promotions are still not able to stop two friends from supporting one another.

The raging war between WWE and AEW has seen many top-rated stars jumping ship as both promotions continue to trade blows. WWE’s domination of over 2 decades has made them a total juggernaut. However, with the rise of new names, the landscape is slowly going through a change.

Sasha Banks is indeed a friend that everyone needs

AEW’s birth definitely rattled a few cages and shook up the industry leader. Things have been a lot more lenient in recent history, but a few months back, any mention of AEW could land someone in hot water. This is maybe why Shasha did not hold back her thoughts, as she took to Twitter to offer her support to Kalisto, who is now known as ‘Samuray Del Sol’.

Samuray Del Sol made his debut in AEW in the latest dynamite alongside fellow luchador Aerostar. The duo challenged the reigning AAA tag team champions FTR. The current AAA Champions pinned former champions, Luchabros to claim the titles. This was the perfect opportunity for the two luchadors to exact revenge, but sadly things didn’t go their way.

Dax saved the day for FTR by incapacitating Samuray Del Sol and then Dash Wheeler took care of things inside the ring and pinned Aerostar to retain the titles. This doesn’t mean that the end of the road for Samuray Del Sol as more opportunities will soon show up for the young wrestler.

AEW maintains a healthy roster of tag-teams and the division could always use more high-flying teams of luchadors, who can put on a crazy show for the fans.
