AEW superstars CM Punk and Malakai Black, formerly known as Aleister Black in WWE, were found training with Zelina Vega at the Roufusport MMA Academy in Milwaukee earlier today.

Zelina Vega is married to Malakai and currently competes on the SmackDown brand under Vince McMahon’s company; however, her presence amongst two top performers of AEW has become a point of discussion for wrestling fans.

The three wrestlers were training with Duke Roufus, who owns the Roufusport MMA Academy in Wisconsin.

Vega recently returned to the SmackDown after she was fired by WWE last year and has been featured regularly on the show alongside Carmella, Sasha Banks, and Bianca Belair.

However, her current run looks underwhelming since the wrestler has proven in past with her in-ring abilities. Seeing AEW’s hiring spree, we might see Vega joining the likes of her husband and become ‘All Elite’.

CM Punk is getting ready for Darby Allin

On his debut, Punk wasted little time before announcing his first opponent in AEW – Darby Allin. Punk called out Allin for a match at AEW All Out pay-per-view on September 5th.
