To best prepare for Halloween night, players will get an entire month to collect spooky costumes and DIY projects. The game will also bring new character customizations and spooky festivities. With so many additions, it is obvious that the beloved villagers will also contribute to make the Halloween eve special.

Lief, the adorable Sloth, has his own shop of flowers and garden plants. With this update, Lief will also sell pumpkin starts, using which players can grow pumpkins all over their island. Nook’s Cranny is also going to provide players with these pumpkin starts.

The major difference between the two is availability. Both the sellers are giving pumpkin starts for 280 bells. However, Lief will sell these all year round while Timmy and Tommy will only sell them in October.

For costumes, there is only one great destination, i.e. the Able sisters’ shop. Sable and Mable will not be held back while others make Halloween better. Apart from costumes, body paint and colored eye-contacts are also available in exchange for the Nook miles.

Special characters return for the Halloween night

The spooky night in Animal Crossing is incomplete without the presence of Jack Czar. Jack is the perfect Halloween host who gives players in-game rewards in exchange for candy. He might seem innocent but appearances are deceptive, especially on Halloween night.

Jack is mischievous enough to even play pranks on the players if they do not give him candy. Jacks only knows one thing, “Trick or treat!”.

Fans love the constant events and updates that Nintendo provide. It is undoubtedly one of the biggest attractions in Animal Crossing.
