After being denied an entry to Melbourne, the 20-time Grand Slam champion, Novak Djokovic is held in an Australian detention hotel in the city away from his team. As was promised earlier, Djokovic’s father, Srdjan Djokovic has come out in the streets of Serbia to support his son.
A large number of people have gathered to show their support to the Serbian. According to Srdjan, this is a battle for everyone. On the other hand, some have begun to doubt the demonstration because many individuals are spotted without the mask.

Novak Djokovic’s father assembled a large number of people
The Australian officials canceled the visa of World No. 1 Novak Djokovic. The Prime Minister of Australia, Scott Morrison earlier said that Djokovic needs to provide ‘sufficient evidence’ for the medical exemption given.
Right after Djokovic’s father, Srdjan Djokovic gained this knowledge he said, “I have no idea what is going on. They have been holding my son captive for five hours. If they don’t let him go in half an hour, we will gather on the street. This is a fight for everyone.”

Srdjan’s comments have undoubtedly come true, as he has managed to gather a significant number of people on the streets of Belgrade, Serbia. Despite the ongoing pandemic, hundreds of people showed up and called for the release of the 34-year-old athlete.
