Morgan Riddle's celebration—Is it all in good fun or crossing the line in sportsmanship?

Against all odds, Taylor Fritz rallies to stun Alexander Zverev and clinch a spot in the Wimbledon quarterfinals. Just like every other tournament, his influencer girlfriend accompanied her to the big event to support the Americans. However, after the victory, Morgan Riddle, being a proud girlfriend, celebrated her boyfriend Fritz’s fantastic win with an interesting story.

This was the third time the American has come back from a two-set deficit and won. In the opening round of the 2018 US Open, Fritz appropriately accomplished this feat against Mischa Zverev, the elder brother of Alexander Zverev. Mischa was in the players’ box at Center Court for this match, sending ‘Sascha’ into the stratosphere for added drama, making the fourth-round victory even more special.

Riddle took to her Instagram account and shared a video of herself, in which she was seen enjoying the victory with a drink while showing off her outfit. Along with that, she wrote, “When ur man wins 4 the girls.”

In the video, she was wearing a short white dress, paired with a jacket. In addition, she kept her hair half-tied up, making her look classy while sharing a proud moment over her boyfriend’s success on the court. On the other hand, after losing the first two sets, Fritz battled back to win a set, and Riddle rallied more supporters to encourage her partner.

She posted a story on her own Instagram account, showing that she was present during Fritz and Zverev’s tough battle. She wrote, “Cheer loud ladies.” In her post, she made a three-word statement that struck a deep chord and strengthened Fritz’s determination to win the Wimbledon Championship.
