Players have set a lot of expectations for the game, following the mixed reviews received by the previous game in Battlefield V. This has also caused some players to have a lot of concern, as they worry that the game might not reach those expectations.

However, with the arrival of Battlefield 2042 Technical Playtest, it seems like players aren’t wrong to keep those high expectations. Many reviewers have posted great remarks about the new title from DICE, and one Redditor even explained why players will have a lot of fun while playing it.

Redditor assures players about Battlefield 2042 after experiencing Playtest

Recently, a Redditor on r/battlefield2042 explained his experience of playing the game’s technical playtest. He assured fans by stating that they have nothing to worry about the new FPS title of the iconic franchise. The player even considered the playtest experience to be the best fun he has had since his time on Battlefield 3.

He praised the game’s physics for helicopters compared to the older titles of the series. Along with that, the fun experience comes from the exhilarating experience provided by the weapons as well. He also gave special mention about the genius move by DICE to add spotting seats to vehicles. Finally, he revealed more instances of vehicles exploding all over the map, which confirms everyone’s suspicions about the developers wanting players to produce “Only for Battlefield” moments.

Still has some minor issues

However, the Redditor also stated that Battlefield 2042 also has some graphical issues. The playtest has some bugs with the graphics toned down and locked at 30 FPS. Other than that, the tanks also seemed pretty useless against the big guns of helicopters. Additionally, the post also called out the UI issues of the game as well. However, everyone knows that these issues will be quickly fixed by the developers at DICE.

It seems like the hopes of the fanbase should increase after reading this post. The critics of the franchise will also pay more attention to Battlefield 2042 before its impending release. However, the fanatics can’t seem to wait anymore and they want to try it as soon as possible.
