Bellator MMA lightweight Usman Nurmagomedov stole the show as he secured a first-round TKO win at Bellator 263. Nurmagomedov folded his opponent, Luis Muro like a law chain when he landed a crippling knee to the liver. The body shot was the beginning of the end for ‘The Dragon’ who couldn’t stand up to Nurmagomedov’s power and precision.
The end came at 3:30 of the first round and now the Russian has improved on his undefeated record. He moves to 13-0 and is one of the brightest prospects in the entire sport. Furthermore, his cousin Khabib Nurmagomedov was in the corner for the event and went 3-0 as a coach on the night.

It’s evident that the Nurmagomedov clan doesn’t know the meaning of suffering a loss as they continue their dominance. Even as a coach, Khabib Nurmagomedov can seemingly do no wrong. Many pundits and insiders feel that Usman Nurmagomedov is the future and could even be better than his coach, ‘The Eagle’.

The Russian sensation is 2-0 in Bellator MMA and will be keen to continue on his journey towards total domination. Usman Nurmagomedov will always be able to enter the UFC and fight for the biggest MMA organization when he chooses. As it stands, he seems content to stay put in Bellator and continue his run through the division. However, there are many other matches out there for him and the opportunity to seek greatness isn’t far away.
