In his latest post, he interviewed the 69-year-old fitness enthusiast, who had an insanely ripped physique. Thanking him for the compliment, the netizen revealed that he does pull-ups for strength.

Out in the open, he said, “When I come out here, I enjoy my workout. Take my joint, and I mellow out.” Demonstrating his strength, he even pulls out five reps of easy pull-ups. He even adds that for his cardio requirement, he only cycles and has never taken any kind of supplement in his entire life.
