The fitness freak recounted the circumstances leading up to his decision to train while feeling unwell. During a visit to his hometown of Huntsville, he started experiencing sore throats, attributing them to a combination of allergies and a head cold. Opting for a workout that would lift his spirits, the powerlifter embarked on a Shoulder, Bicep, and Hamstring split routine. Recognizing the limitations imposed by his cough and congestion, he modified his usual cardio-focused routine to focus on exercises that would bring him joy while minimizing the strain on his respiratory system. Jujimufu acknowledged the importance of cardiovascular exercise but opted for a more cautious approach, prioritizing his recovery. “My dumb, my stupid, this is my sick workout split.

The 36-year-old began his modified workout with the hammer strength lateral raise machine, which he playfully described as “the laziest machine in the world.” Emphasizing its convenience, he explained that the machine allowed him to continue training even while feeling sick. Moving on to his biceps, he performed unilateral bicep curls and lying cable curls, further emphasizing his preference for machine-based exercises. These movements provided a satisfying pump and targeted specific muscle groups without significantly raising his breathing rate.
