I never have an appetite. Oh man, dude, every meal is a chore; you know, I mean, you saw me eating, you saw it took a while, yeah, that was just a little pu**y a** meal, you know,” shared Goliath. The IFBB Pro asked Golias about his daily caloric intake, to which the mass monster replied,” I don’t count my calories; I count my carbohydrates, my fats, and my proteins.

The 350-pound bodybuilder disclosed that right now he is just maintaining his physique, so he consumes four meals. The first three meals consist of 100 grams of carbs, and the last meal includes 200 grams and 75 grams of post-workout carbs. The mammoth bodybuilder consumes roughly 675 grams of carbs in a day to maintain his physique. While in his bulk phase, he used to consume between 800-1000 grams of carbs each day.

On being asked about his protein intake, Goliath replied, “I am not a big protein guy.” He consumes around 250 grams of protein in a sequence of 200 grams in a meal, and the rest 50 grams in powder form. Despite his 350-pound body weight, he only consumes 250 grams of protein.

Golias was not a behemoth from the start. In his teenage years, he used to be a skinny with long hair. But one day he took inspiration from a 300-pound bodybuilder, and everything changed.
