In both WWE and bodybuilding, there is a never-ending debate about many athletes being natty or not. Even when on PEDs, many claim to be natural, which often leads to backlash from the audience. Recently, seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath was questioned about the famous WWE wrestler, The Rock, aka Dwayne Johnson.

A recent short video from the podcast Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk was uploaded to Martyn’s official Instagram account, rawtalk, in which Heath had a surprising answer to a question on The Rock’s natty status. While he seemed to not have much knowledge about Rock being on ster**ds, Heath had a couple of contradicting opinions as well.

In the video, the seven-time Mr. Olympia was asked, “Do you think Rock takes st****ds?” Heath replied, “I have no idea.” He supported his answer by sharing facts about The Rock. Heath shared that Johnson stands at a height of 6 feet 5 inches and weighs 260 pounds. The seven-time Mr. Olympia claimed that such a physique was, in fact, naturally achievable.

The 44-year-old former bodybuilder seemed confused regarding The Rock’s status and even mentioned how many make it sound like he was too bulky for his height. According to Heath, the physique that Johnson portrayed at the moment was also a result of the Samoan genes that he had in him.

However, when questioned about how The Rock was maintaining his weight and muscles at his current age, the seven-time was a little less convinced that The Rock was a natural athlete. As Martyn asked Heath, “You don’t think he’s on TRT?” He answered with a “Maybe. Yeah, I can say maybe.” Looking at Heath’s inconclusive responses, fans bashed him in the comments section of the post.
