With the rise in popularity of the American Ninja Warrior, training to overcome obstacle courses has become a rage in the fitness community. However, fitness freak Jonathan Brown is taking the training style to the next level. Not only does the fitness athlete train like a ninja warrior, he even makes the contraptions himself. In fact, only Brown’s backyard has some of the equipment he uses. Recently, a YouTube channel, ‘FitFixx,’ highlighted his unique training style, and seeing it, people are convinced Brown can survive an apocalypse.

Unlike traditional sports, timed obstacle courses require athletes to train themselves to excel in every way. With sections involving grip strength, stamina, balance, strength, and agility, only those who can master their body weight succeed. It seems Jonathan Brown is aiming to do the same.

Brown’s insane contraptions and limitless training

Unlike traditional bodybuilding or fitness athletes, Brown doesn’t concern himself with sets and reps. Instead of performing traditional exercises day in and day out, the fitness athlete trains his entire body through hanging, climbing, jumping, and doing various acrobatic movements. “John’s backyard is filled with these contraptions,” told as per FitFixx in their YouTube video on Brown.

“From what I know, John builds this all himself and does it for his own enjoyment,” revealed the fitness page. It also said Brown doesn’t plan to compete in shows like American Ninja Warrior. The video also showcases some of the contraptions Brown has constructed, including a giant 360-degree see-saw. After seeing Brown’s unique training method, netizens became convinced he is a superhuman.

One user commented after hearing the voice behind the channel speculate on what goal he trains for. “Only John knows what John is really training for,” the user wrote. “Johns the friend that gets you out of any type of sh***y situation,” wrote another fitness fan. However, others have an idea about what kind of situation Brown can save them from.

“Bro is gonna be that one guy who saves everyone if there’s an apocalypse,” wrote a fan. “He’s the one I want around during the zombie apocalypse,” wrote another user echoing the same sentiment. Another user created another scenario. “This is the type of guy to wake up from a nightmare, and then go back to sleep to fight it,” commented the user.
