It’s easy for anyone to assume that growing up in the shadow of the legendary bodybuilder Sergio Oliva Sr. must have made his son entitled to success in the bodybuilding world. However, despite his father’s legacy, Oliva Jr. has always been grounded and appreciated the hard work of other athletes. And the 38-year-old bodybuilder showed yet another example of his humbleness. The pro bodybuilder recently took to Instagram and applauded the efforts of a female bodybuilder to achieve an exceptional physique.

Sergio Oliva Jr. is no stranger to impressive physique being the son of Sergio Oliva Sr. who famously defeated Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Mr. Olympia competition in 1969. However, the star bodybuilder recently found another source of inspiration to develop massive quads.

Oliva Jr. was left stunned over the physique of female bodybuilder TEFANI – SAM RAZHI. The recent Instagram post by B&T showcased the brilliant conditioning of the female bodybuilder as she prepares for the upcoming NPC Pittsburgh Championships. The post has grabbed a lot of attention as fans flooded the comment box with applause, but it was Oliva’s comment that is making headlines.

Expressing his envy of achieving such detailed conditioning, Oliva commented, “When I grow up I hope my legs look like hers.”

As a professional bodybuilder himself, Sergio Oliva Jr. is no stranger to the sport and knows what it takes to build a muscular and impressive physique. But even he was taken aback by Tefany’s incredible leg development. Her quads, hamstrings, and calves were all clearly defined and showcased an immense amount of hard work and dedication. However,  he himself made headlines with a similar feat recently.

The professional bodybuilder sent fans into a frenzy after his insane body transformation after the deadly injury. In 2020, Oliva faced painful nerve damage that put him out of competitive bodybuilding for two years. However, the star bodybuilder didn’t let his motivation take a back seat and showed the iconic transformation with a muscular physique in a recent Instagram post.

Despite being on a long break, the bodybuilder quickly achieved great shape and his comment shows that even someone with a long legacy can still be impressed by the accomplishments of others in the sport. It also highlights the importance of setting goals and aspirations for oneself, regardless of one’s current level of development.
