At the 94th Academy Awards, also referred to as the ‘Oscars’, an incident occurred that left the film industry in shock. The feud between stand-up comedians Chris Rock and Will Smith caused chaos and media discussions back then. However, almost every individual criticized Smith’s behavior during the award ceremony. While everybody was against him, a fellow actor and friend, Kevin Hart, stood by his side. He defended him publicly and urged people not to make judgments. However, Hart recently met with an accident where he tore his lower abdomen.
The injury was severe, and he could not walk properly for weeks, so doctors suggested using a wheelchair that would prevent the bruises from turning into permanent damage. The Jumanji actor took to his Instagram, where he shared every detail of his injury. In his post, a lot of celebrities, including Will Smith, also left a comment wishing him to get better soon.

According to Colorado Pain Care, As we age, our bodies can have a harder time healing because of different reasons. These include problems like high blood pressure, disturbed sleeping schedule, loss of muscles and bones, a weaker immune system, and being emotional. Also, in older people, there’s less transmission to immune cells, which makes healing slower. As we grow old, it’s important to take care of our health.
