With everyone stuck at home under quarantine due to the Coronavirus, morale runs low. However, Tyson Fury has taken it upon himself to bring people a regular dose of entertainment.

Training for a lot of fighters has come to an abrupt halt following the lockdown in their respective countries. But Tyson Fury refuses to slow down.

Tyson Fury recently took to Instagram to teach his family the technique of taking someone like Deontay Wilder down. Accompanied by his wife and children, Fury teaches them his moves.

The Gypsy King has taken it upon himself to help keep people healthy and motivated during these trying times. Therefore, the Brit comes on Instagram Live every morning with something new for his fans.

Some would argue that this is his way of giving back to the community. By helping people keep fit and active. His workouts also play an important role in distracting people from all the bad things happening out there. Even if it is for a short duration.

More often than not his entire family takes part in these sessions. So as to ensure that people of all age groups feel included and no one is left out.

Fury has taken the advice of his Prime Minister, Boris Johnson rather seriously. Therefore, he refuses to venture outside in search of exercise.

“I said I’d do a live video of training and that’s what I’m gonna do. Every day I’m gonna do a live video of me doing a bit of training and everybody can join in if they want. I’m gonna be doing two sessions a day because we’ve got nothing else to do. I’m gonna stay indoors, I’m not gonna go out and spread this disease, I’m gonna stay in and do what the Prime Minister says.”- Tyson Fury

He has been quite vocal about the need for self-isolation and adhering to the rules of the lockdown.
