Jake Paul needs no introduction in this dynamic era of boxing. The YouTuber turned boxer has accrued immense attention with his antics and has expanded his fan base. Also, in order to be a bigwig in the game, he knows he’ll have to compete against some boxing legends. That said, Paul, for a long time now, has shown interest in booking a full-fledged boxing war against Floyd Mayweather.

Recently, ‘The Problem Child’ interacted with FightHype and spilled the beans on what will it take to stage a fight with Floyd Mayweather.

He said, “Mayweather wants me to cut to 147. I think he knows that he couldn’t take me at my natural weight. And I think we saw that with my brother when he thought we’re fake fighters and he comes in and can’t even finish him off.”

Until now, Jake Paul has battled all his rivals at cruiserweight. Considering that, for someone as huge as ‘The Problem Child’, dropping down to 147-pounds will be tough. However, ‘Pretty Boy’ has spent his entire career in and around those weight classes. Hence, he’ll only be comfortable in making that weight at his current age.

That said, Paul is extremely eager to battle ‘Money’. And if he really wishes to face him someday in the professional or an exhibition circuit, he’ll have to lose a tremendous amount of weight. Hence, there will always be serious question marks over the bout.

That said, in his last fight, ‘Money’, who took on Jake Paul‘s elder brother Logan, thoroughly enjoyed his time inside the ring. Though he’s showing no signs of returning to the professional mix, he might definitely think about taking an exhibition soon.

With that, Jake Paul might be on the top of his list as the duo share a mammoth rivalry. And they’ll look to settle it soon.
