One fan wrote, “This is sad. One of these oldies will die in the ring one day and they’ll stop this mess. Are they broke?”

A fan even compared Holyfield to his grandad. “Looks slower then my grandad who died 10 years ago.”

Another combat sports lover wrote, “WTF! Why is this even allowed?!?I don’t want to see a legend die in the ring!”

One fan wrote, “This is sad… I can’t believe they’ve sanctioned this… but be sure to share your condolences and crocodile tears when fighters continue to die in the ring… smh”

This man should not fight. An exhibition bout with some other big name from the 80’/90’s for big $ sure, why not? But not a sectioned fight with an in form boxer, no way.”

One fan wrote, “Ahhh I can see why he wasn’t granted a boxing license.”

“Uh oh…Can someone step in before this legend gets seriously hurt?”

Just like all the above reactions, countless fans reacted to Holyfield’s workout.

Holyfield left the professional fighting circuit long back. After a decade away from boxing, he does not seem to be in his element by any means.

Also, if he wants to win this fight, he’ll have to dig in real deep and find some stamina and power. However, at his age, it will be difficult to maintain it for 24 minutes.
