Although she has been a fan-favorite fighter for umpteen valid reasons, her internet stance often invites controversies or criticism. The latest tweet from Claressa Shields was one such incident. She recently took to her official profile and revealed her P4P list, which didn’t sit well with many people.

The list stated, “1 Terence Crawford, 2. Canelo Alvarez, 3 Errol Spence Jr., 4. Jermell Charlo, 5. Claressa Shields (herself), 6. Shakur Stevenson, 7. Gervonta Davis, 8. TeoFimo Lopez, 9. Anthony Joshua, 10. Tyson Fury.”

As Shakur Stevenson hasn’t done enough to enter the P4P ride in several reputed listings, fans mocked Claressa Shields for putting ‘Fearless’ on the P4P list. A section of the audience also doubted Jermell Charlo’s validity on the list, which missed out on elites like Josh Taylor and Naoya Inoue.

Thus, Shields’ P4P list doesn’t seem to be a fair one. However, ‘T-Rex’ revealed her opinion fearlessly.

Although she didn’t hail them on her P4P list, Shields honored them with a special mention. Nevertheless, ‘T-Rex’ is now infused into the MMA chain. On returning to the boxing ring, she might come across some new threats that may test her skills, citing whether she deserves to be the G.W.O.A.T. or not.
