“First time I sparred in 15 years… It was really weird and stuff, but I realized something when I was getting hit. I got hit a couple of times… But I didn’t go ‘WTF am I doing here.’ I said, ‘Wait, I belong here!’ I got rocked, and I heard the ringing in my ear, but I didn’t panic, I belong here!”

Mike added, “I never said what the f**k am I doing here. This sh** is…  I was expecting that. That was what I was expecting really, but the first thing I said was ‘I belong here’… And the next time I sparred, I was comfortable.”
