Jake Paul, these days, is at the peak of his boxing life. In just a short span of time, the YouTuber turned boxer has pinned himself as one household name in the sport. With his unusual boxing run, Paul has also attracted a lot of attention towards the sport.

However, many boxing bigwigs are apprehensive about this, as they dislike what Jake Paul is up to. On the other hand, there are people like Mike Tyson, who totally understand and appreciate Jake Paul’s efforts for the sport of boxing.

Recently, Jake Paul was in an interview with Fox Sports Radio. Here, he shed some light on the support he received from ‘Iron’ Mike.

“I think the first person to reach out and really show support was Mike Tyson. And he actually had me fight as the co-main event on his undercard when I knocked out Nate Robinson. And he has constantly given me so much credit and respect for what I’m doing. Because he sees how good it is for the sport and he sees how hard I worked.”

“But other guys like Evander Holyfield, Manny Pacquiao, Anthony Joshua, they’ve all shown love and support,” said ‘The Problem Child’.

Paul broke into the limelight last year when he competed on the Tyson vs Jones Jr. card. After his win, he called out umpteen combat sports stars. That’s when people began recognizing him.

Since then, the YouTuber turned boxer’s career has only been on a rise. Next month, he will storm into the boxing ring for the third time this year. On December 18, he will share the squared circle with a professional pugilist for the first time in his career.
