This high-voltage celebrity boxing encounter stayed true to the hype created around it. Yet, the favorite Logan Paul ended up on the losing vertical due to a controversial two-point deduction. But was this point deduction fair?

As the fight began, KSI was the oppressor, and he went all guns blazing against ‘The Maverick’. He landed some of the most powerful hits of this bout on Paul and had his fair and share moments. In fact, in round 3, he struck Paul with a massive right hand, after which the American YouTuber took a knee.

However, the referee didn’t term it as a knockdown as he felt that the punch landed on his back-head. Moving further, in round 4, it was Logan Paul who put KSI on the canvas after landing a bunch of punches. The referee counted this as a knockdown but cut a whopping 2 points as he felt Paul blatantly attacked KSI’s back head.

The fight continued, and it went to the judges for the decision. And here those two points cost ‘The Maverick’ badly as he ended up with a lopsided SD loss. Judges scored this contest as 56-55, 57-54, and 55-56, thus shocking Logan Paul and his fans.

After the fight, even Paul admitted he lost this bout because of the point deduction he faced.

Should there be another fight between Logan Paul and KSI?

Last time, Paul and KSI confronted each other for the very first time in a pro-boxing bout. It was their debut and both of them wanted to overpower each other. However, things didn’t go as planned for the Ohio native, and as a result, he lost his very first professional outing.

Despite that, he didn’t let his spirits soar and asserted on fighting his foe again.

But it’s been more than a year but a fight between the pair hasn’t reached fruition. The fans are desperate to see this encounter again and see both Paul and KSI settle on one true winner.
