After a long spell of inactivity, the star lightweight contender Ryan Garcia is going to step inside the ring.

Notably, he was recovering from a hand injury that forced him to pull out his name from an epic showdown. Thus, ‘KingRy’ was stripped of his WBC interim lightweight title as he could not accept the challengers in the ring.

However, prior to his much-awaited rumble, ‘The Flash’ recently had a sit down with Dan Canobbio. He opens up about his bouts with depression, anxiety, and the immense pressure to perform at a young age. Talking to Canobbio, he also expressed deep concern for his fans.

‘KingRy’ said, “I think boxing fans are out of touch in a way. I think we’re all coming together to fight against mental health and to really let it be open to a lot of people because a lot of young men are it’s hard for them to talk about their feeling and actually suicide is more common in young men because everybody’s saying you got to be tough you got to be a certain way.”

Further, he gets emotional and added that while he was out of the ring, no one supported him. It was a setback to his mental health. However, ‘The Flash’ showed some concern for himself and his close ones who assisted him in getting out of the absolute hell. Talking about the current, he is more active, fresh, and focused.
