Floyd Mayweather, the former five-weight division champ had a phenomenal boxing career. Probably, one of the best in boxing history. He achieved everything that is there in the ring whether you talk about fame or money. Following the Olympic quest that forced him to be content with the bronze medal, ‘The Pretty Boy’ became more hungry to prove that he is a one of a kind great. He turned pro and went on to secure an amazing 50-0 record. In his journey to the top, Mayweather produced marvelous knocks. He made great champions like Manny Pacquiao, Canelo Alvarez, and Shane Mosley look ordinary. Folks often think these were the fights in which Mayweather looked best.

In this fight, the 45-year-old showcased an unearthly set of skills. Boxing pundits widely recognize it as the best performance Mayweather ever gave. Yes, we are talking about Mayweather’s sixth WBC super-featherweight title defense against great Diego Corrales.

Before the fight, the boxing world was in chaos about who would win this slugfest as back then Corrales was a big force in the division. Moreover, he was bigger in size with strong punching power. But it did not make any difference when mighty Mayweather came up with honed skills. The latter dominated the entire fight finally dropping the IBF super-featherweight champion in the 10th round.
