“There’s No Doubt!”- Mike Tyson Opens Up on Fighting Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua
The Baddest Man on the Planet, Mike Tyson is undeniably one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time. With 44 KO’s from just 50 fights, anyone who says otherwise is either lying or is not right in the head.
Tyson has been Fury’s fan for long before his stunning win over Deontay Wilder early this year. Iron Mike after watching their first match up said that he was backing the Gypsy King throughout.
“In the first fight I was hoping for Tyson Fury, I always pulled for him because he was named after me. He amazed a lot of people by getting up. He showed he is tough and won the final round. I thought it was over. Then he got up and it was like Rocky. It was amazing, it made me a fan. It takes great fortitude and belief.”- Mike Tyson

However, all said and done, Mike Tyson is still certain he would emerge victorious against any of the young fighters if they were to take him on in his prime. But he admits it would be a tough fight, even for him.
“Listen, if you’re asking me if I was 20 years old, then yes, there’s no doubt. They’re really good fighters and I respect all these skills. It would have been very tough fighting them.”- Mike Tyson

However, when it comes to taking on the youngest boxer to ever hold the heavyweight title, Tyson feels AJ may be a tough fight but not tough enough.
“Hey, I really like him. He’s really a breath of fresh air. He’s a clean fighter, he’s a good puncher. You just wish the best for him. I don’t know. My ego says, ‘nobody would beat you’ – but you look at him. He just looks like a fighter, you know? He looks like he was born to do what he has to do. Needs more experience of course, but that will come in life.”- Mike Tyson
