The recent fight between Isaac Cruz and Eduardo Ramirez is one of the most talked about fights in the boxing world. The two squared off at the Crypto.com Arena in Las Vegas on September 4th. ‘Pitbull’ went up against fellow Mexican veteran Ramirez and stunned the audience in the WBC lightweight title eliminator event.

Apparently, Cruz was strutting toward a continuous winning streak until Gervonta Davis defeated the Mexican in a rather competitive clash. However, the former took it all out inside the ring, slamming Ramirez with a powerful left hook in the second round after a barrage of blows. The 24-year-old was announced as the winner and fans can’t stop talking about his sheer dominance inside the ring.

Apparently, soon after his victory, Cruz called out Tank Davis, who defeated him the last time. The American, who was sitting in the audience, however, shook off the challenge, and later suggested a fight between Cruz and Rolando Romero. The spectators at the venue even booed Davis for being hesitant to fight their favorite boxer, Isaac Cruz. Interestingly, Tank is in negotiations to face Ryan Garcia next. If this match doesn’t take place, there’s a chance that Tank and Cruz will face off in a follow-up.

In addition, American boxer Devin Haney recently won all four major titles by defeating Australian fighter George Kambosos Jr. However, the two are set for a rematch in October, which might be a game changer. Cruz might have a chance to go up against Haney inside the squared circle soon.
