YouTube sensation turned boxer Jake Paul could not contain his excitement after Iran shocked the world. Moreover, given the country’s recent political environment with protests all across the country, this performance by the national squad will certainly be a morale boost back in their homeland. In addition, Paul also came to the support of the Iranian people after he tweeted “Baraye Iran! Congrats.” However, the tweet was later deleted.
Baraye Iran is a protest song by Shervin Hajipour, inspired by the death of Mahsa Amini and its aftermath. The song touches upon the lack of rights for women and the poor conditions of the country. The verses in the song are taken from 31 messages that citizens had posted online sharing their individual misery, pain, and grief.
In addition to this, the song became an instant hit and immediately turned into the unofficial protest anthem. The song was widely used during gatherings and protests from schools and universities to streets, both nationwide and across the globe. The song was even covered by Coldplay, a performance that was broadcasted live across the world from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Jake Paul claims that Tommy Fury won’t pose a challenge to him
The Problem Child is recently coming off the most impressive victory of his career. He defeated former UFC middleweight champion, Anderson Silva, which led many fans to wonder who he would face next. Former Love Island star and one of Paul’s oldest rivals, Tommy Fury, was looking like an option given their history of failed bookings. Moreover, this was amplified after Paul tried to heckle Fury during his match in Dubai. However, Paul feels that Fury would be a very easy matchup for him.

“But it’s an easy fight for me. Way easier than Anderson. The kid’s a novice, he’s never fought anyone good. He’s never even fought an eight round fight. He just doesn’t have the experience like I do, which is crazy to say because he’s been doing it his whole life, but people call him a professional boxer and they respect him as a professional boxer.” He said on the MMA Hour.
