Jake Paul Congratulates Anderson Silva, Offers Him a Spot on His Undercard

The UFC legend, Anderson Silva, took the fight fans by surprise by winning his boxing bout against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. The latter was a full-fledged boxing stalwart who presented a stern challenge to the Brazilian fighter. Yet, Silva defied the odds and claimed a massive split decision victory over his foe.

Citing his performance in this fight, the entire combats sports fraternity showed its love and respect for the MMA veteran. ‘The Problem Child’ Jake Paul, too, pinned himself on this list, congratulating Silva for his performance.

Taking it to his official Twitter handle, he wrote, “Respect to Anderson Silva @spideranderson on the win….vc é uma lenda brasileira! Would be an honor to have him vs Roy Jones Jr on the same card as Tyron and I”

Jake Paul was so impressed by Silva that he even suggested that ‘Spider’ share the ring with Roy Jones Jr on August 28. ‘The Problem Child’ will face the former UFC welterweight champ, Tyron Woodley in a boxing bout on a SHOWTIME PPV. That said, he offered Silva to fight on the same card.

Silva, one of the most complete MMA fighters of all time, employed his finest standup game in this clash. He went toe-to-toe against ‘JC Jr.’ and showed his complete intent to win. As a result, his skill sets were too much to handle for the Mexican boxer, and this is predominantly why Silva ended up winning this contest.

Moving further, fans want to see ‘Spider’ back in action. And it’ll be intriguing to see if the former UFC kingpin laces up the boxing gloves again.

Should Anderson Silva accept Jake Paul’s offer?

Anderson Silva looked like his old self, and he truly executed his strategies against Chavez Jr. That said, to keep his boxing resume going, ‘Spider’ should definitely consider Jake Paul’s offer.
