His first knockout win came in 2010 when he locked horns with Andre Galvao. Right from the first bell, Woodley, who looked elite, capitalized on the same by going all out against his adversary. In this contest, the terrifying fighter claimed an opening round T/KO win.

2) Tyron Woodley vs Jay Hieron 

‘The Chosen One’s second T/KO win in the UFC came in when he battled Hieron in 2013. In a striking clinic, the American fighter came on top by hammering Hieron, thus winning the fight in just 36 seconds of the first round.

3) Tyron Woodley vs Josh Koscheck

With time, Woodley, who began escalating his MMA run, confronted some elite contenders. That said, in his fight against Koscheck, too, he landed a slick right hand and completely outclassed Koscheck in round 1 itself.

5) Tyron Woodley vs Dong Hyun Kim

‘The Chosen One’ stayed in the limelight with his stupendous performances. In order to pin himself as a prime contender for the title, Woodley had to get past Hyun Kim. He did just that with a stellar T/KO win in just over a minute.

6) Tyron Woodley vs Robbie Lawler

Woodley’s last win T/KO win in the UFC came in when he challenged for the welterweight gold. He walked in as a favorite in this clash against Lawler and lived up to expectations. Giving a sheer beating to Lawler, Woodley attained a gratifying T/KO win in round 1 to become the welterweight champ.
