The Argentinian duo, Diego Schwartzman and Nadia Podoroska, have put on some spectacular performances at the French Open. Both have reached their first semi-final at the event after beating top players.

Their popular compatriot, Paulo Dybala, is thrilled with their amazing display. Despite being a regular fixture at Italian football club Juventus FC, he’s an ardent tennis follower. In a recent interview, he said,

“Diego Schwartzman, who is not only a great player but a great friend of mine as well and of course, I will be supporting him as a fellow Argentinian so he can give his best and hopefully, bring us some great news.

It would be amazing to see Diego and Nadia win the title. However, it is not going to be easy for them at all. In the semi-final, Nadia will face Iga Swiatek who beat top seed Simona Halep. She is playing really well and Podoroska is definitely watching out for her.

Moving onto Schwartzman, he has got the toughest opponent in the semi-final – Rafael Nadal. The Spaniard is the king in Paris and it would be extremely difficult for the Argentine to beat him.
