Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone: New Playlist Update is Live

The latest Playlist Update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone Season 5 is up and running. With the Shadow Company, the game introduced three new operators led by Marcus ‘Lerch’ Ortega. It also brought a ton of map changes with it, including an open Stadium and a more elaborate Train Station.

Every Season has seen playlist updates every week, with different game modes for players to try. This week’s playlist update is officially live. Let’s take a look at the updates coming our way.

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone playlist update

A recent tweet by Infinity Ward reads Today’s playlist update is now live across all platforms! #ModernWarfare – Cyber Attack Pro – Face-Off (on Gunfight maps) – Gunfight Blueprints – Season 5 Moshpit

#Warzone – Removes Plunder Quads, Solos Buy Back – Adds Plunder: Blood Money – Adds BR Solos”

In case you are not familiar with the Cyber Attack Pro game mode, here’s how their official blog describes it. “Up your game in Cyber Attack Pro, which inserts an added twist into this already tactical objective mode. Now, instead of needing to revive your teammates, respawns are enabled, creating frenetic and fast-paced gameplay. Find the balance between completing the objective and eliminating enemies.”

It’s been a while since we saw this game mode. Now that it’s available, it’s time to get your squad ready. Warzone has also added the Plunder: Blood Money mode, replacing the Plunder Quads mode.

But these playlist changes being made to Warzone are not enough. The game has been plagued by pesky, game-breaking bugs for a while now. Infinity Ward may have addressed and fixed the weapon texture bug, but there is still a lot of work to do.

And then there’s the ongoing Call of Duty 2020 saga. The clue hunt is still on, and the final clue will be revealed tonight. It is possible that we may finally see a trailer for the new COD title today. The revelation is getting a little tiring but it’ll all be over soon (hopefully!).

However, a possible reveal inside Warzone is still on the cards, so watch out for activity in the bunkers or elsewhere. Keep watching this space for further updates.
