Call of Duty – New Patch Notes Rolled Out

Infinity Ward has rolled out another update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer and for Warzone. The new patch note fixes a couple of issues players have been facing for a while. 

The developers have been coming up with updates one after the other. Just a day back, Warzone received big changes. The most notable change from that particular playlist was the removal of the Battle Royale 200 game mode. And now, IW has tweaked it a little more in order to rid the title of minor issues.

  • Fix for incorrect text appearing as one of the SUV camos
  • Fix for the Rytec AMR not awarding the correct amount of XP when using explosive rounds
  • Fixed an issue where the Rytec AMR could one-hit kill when using explosive rounds in BR
  • Fix for the Fully Loaded gun perk not functioning as intended when equipping alternate ammunition on the Rytec AMR
  • Fixed a bug where a CUAVs could be found in Warzone
  • Fixed an issue where some players were unable to use Field Upgrades in FFA 
  • Fix for an issue where players were able to go AFK while playing All or Nothing

Much of the update brings a major change to one specific thing; the Rytec AMR gun. The new semi-automatic rifle was much adored but it came with a lot of issues.

For starters, the new patch note fixes the incorrect amount of XP that was awarded on using explosive rounds. It also fixes the bug where Rytec AMR’s ability to one0hit kill in Battle Royale.

A fix for the incorrect texts on the SUV camos, bug fix for CUAVS being found, issues in All or Nothing were also fixed along with few more updates. 

The big changes to the gun would be a sigh of relief for many players. Infinity Ward rolling out regular fixes is surely keeping their community engaged.
